Unique Design and Features

The SmartMove screen boasts a unique design that allows for both the screen itself and the barrel casing to be dropped, lowering the viewing area further. This dual-motor system provides precise control, with one motor enabling the screen casing to be dropped up to 5 meters from the mounted position using built-in metal wires. The drop level is adjustable and can be remotely controlled at ground level, ensuring easy installation and operation. Additionally, the secondary control determines the drop of the projection fabric from the screen casing downwards, powered by a supplied reel fitted at roof level. This reel unwinds as the screen drops and rolls back the electric lead when retracting, requiring only a single gang plug at roof level for power.

The Sapphire MovieSmart fabric is an innovative solution for the issues long fabrics often face, such as curling and obstructing stage lighting. Made of triple-ply fibreglass laminate, the matt white fabric prevents wrinkles and waves, ensuring a smooth, wrinkle-free projection surface. The special material is designed to prevent light loss, making it compatible with non-short throw projectors. With a 1.1 gain, it reflects the same amount of light back as the projector produces, delivering a true cinema experience. The fabric's back is completely black, allowing it to be placed in front of a window without interference. This screen is also compatible with the Sapphire Screen Trigger Kit (sold separately) and is RS32 capable.
