The Sapphire SmartMove Electric Projector Screen is a game-changer for high-ceiling environments like churches, school halls, auditoriums, and theatres. This innovative product is designed to address the challenges posed by very high ceilings or stage settings, offering an extra drop to accommodate these specific needs. With its unique design, the SmartMove allows for the screen to be dropped from the barrel casing, and the barrel casing itself can also be lowered, further enhancing the viewing area.

Advanced Features and Specifications

The SmartMove projector screen comes equipped with two powerful motors for seamless operation. One motor enables the screen casing to be dropped up to 5 meters from the mounted position using built-in metal wires, with an adjustable drop level that can be controlled remotely at ground level. This feature ensures easy installation and control. The secondary control determines the drop of the projection fabric from the screen casing downwards, powered by a supplied reel fitted at roof level. The system is designed for convenience and efficiency, with the coil rolling back the electric lead as the screen retracts, requiring only a single gang plug at roof level for power. The two motors are radio remote-controlled, with the remote allowing operation up to 25 meters away. The screen can also be used with the Sapphire Screen Trigger Kit (sold separately) and is RS32 Capable. Supplied with safety straps for additional security, we recommend professional installation for the best results.

Superior Fabric Technology for Optimal Performance

The Sapphire MovieSmart fabric is engineered to solve common issues with long fabrics, such as curling and interference with stage lighting. Composed of triple-ply fibreglass laminate, this matt white fabric helps prevent wrinkles and waves, ensuring a smooth projection surface. The fabric is designed to be fire, water, and mould resistant, and can be cleaned if necessary. The top layer of the fabric features microdots made with PVC technology, creating the best possible reflection. With a 1.1 gain, it reflects the same amount of light back as the projector produces, achieving a true cinema experience. The back of the fabric is completely black, allowing for use in front of a window.
