- Engine Serial Numbers SN# 0L605541 & Below... (Roughly 1999 & UP)
- This is for engines with a 1-piece rear main seal....and using the narrow rod journals (1999 & UP).
- MerCruiser Part Number 423-810842 / 423-810842T
- GM part # 93436083.
- DOES NOT REPLACE 140966 (as the rod journal sizes are allegedly different compared to the 140966)
- Just make sure yours has the same stamped part number of 93436083
- Engine turned over by hand freely before being removed (Cracked Block from freezing)
