We are pleased to offer fully reconditioned Perkins 4.236 & M90 injector pump repair service. Pumps are disassembled, completely cleaned, inspected and worn parts are reconditioned or replaced. The pump is then reassembled using all new seals and gaskets and then extensively calibrated.

To finish off the job properly you are going to need to replace the pump to block gasket and the fuel line 'olives'. so we include these in the box!

Please note that this is an exchange unit, so we do need you to return a serviceable pump to us before we can send out a reconditioned one.

For UK customs purposes if you are sending from a country outside the UK please describe the pump as requiring repair and enter a low (0 to 5 Dollar/Euro) or nil value to the package. Please make sure it is securely packaged and return to the address above.

*Please note* It normally takes 7 to 10 working days to refurbish the pump before we can return it to you. The pump you are sending must be capable of being repaired, i.e no broken or missing parts. Any residual fuel should be drained from the pump before shipping and please seal in a plastic bag.
