Machined from high grade 7075 T6 aluminum, this cog set & lockring allow easy gearing changes without the need of a chainwhip once the carrier is installed securely on your hub.
Includes 16t, 17t & 18t cogs, a proprietary cog carrier and an English threaded lockring.
Cog carrier & lockring install using a Shimano/Sram 16-notch outboard bearing bottom bracket tool (like the Park BBT-9).
Sugino strongly advises velodrome use only with this system. The splined cog/carrier interface is not designed to withstand skidding on the street.
This system can be used on any threaded track hub with English lockring threads. The included lockring is not compatible with Campagnolo, Miche, Phil Wood, Mack or Mavic hubs.
