The prices of a whole electric bike remain high, which makes many potential customers hesitant to own one. Last year, Varstrom received good feedback by offering affordable electric-assist bicycles by selling bicycles equipped with BAFANG motors, displays, and batteries.

He has just started working and has to commute 15 km to work. Recently, he became tired of taking public transportation and hoped to have an electric-assist bicycle to reduce his commuting time. He wished to charge it once or twice a week, and the laws regarding motor power in his region were very strict. Eventually, Giovanni decided to buy a bicycle equipped with a 250W BAFANG motor, a 500C display, and a 36V 25Ah battery, which allowed him to travel approximately 120km to 150km by PAS mode on a single charge, freeing him from the need to use public transportation.

Allen is a very competent delivery man in the UK. He had modified his bicycle by himself to help with his work. After using it for 3 years, he wanted to replace it with a new one, so he contacted Varstrom. He hoped that the new bike would have greater carrying capacity and speed while ensuring that the battery life could sustain his work. Therefore, we suggested that Allen install a 750W mid-drive motor, DM03 display, and 48V 20Ah battery on his bicycle. In the end, Allen made some modifications to the configuration and chose a 750W mid-drive motor, DM03 display, and 48V 17.5Ah battery plus an additional 48V 17.5Ah battery. He believed that the two batteries would help him work better.
