A beautiful little mint Bogdan 00 fly reel, the smallest salmon model that the Bogdan shop put out, often dubbed the "Grilse" model. It measures 3 1/4" in diameter with a 1 5/32" spool width, and weighs approximately 10 ounces. Designed to hold a #7 line with 75 yards of #20 backing, this reel also has the standard double action 2:1 retrieve and famous double brake Bogdan drag. Mint, unused condition and set up for RHW. Silver frame and spool with black anodized side plates. Silver poacher's button, oil cap, and the Bogdan nameplate. Comes in a tan leather original pouch. A beautiful little example of the workmanship the Bogdan shop put out. This model is the perfect size for dry fly fishing for salmon on the Gaspe with lighter single-handed rods.
