A gorgeous Hardy Perfect 4 1/2" wide drum salmon reel with the desirable 1912 check. An exceptionally nice specimen here, this reel is in phenomenal shape overall. Structurally sound with no signs of any meaningful nicks, dings, or other issues that I could find. Very nice smooth click and the spool is tight with no wobble whatsoever. Very minimal line burn on the pillars where you commonly find it and it is surface only, no grooving. The smooth brass foot is 4 1/8" long and appears completely unmolested. The patina is also excellent throughout. The ivorine handle spins freely and it has the handsome turks head nut. Put it all together and this is definitely one of the nicer examples of this rare model that I've ever come across.
