For sale here is a Paul H. Young Ace bamboo rod. 7 1/2 feet, two sections with two tips. The rod weighs 4 oz. Ideal for a 5 or 6 weight line. The rod is in excellent original condition. 2x2x2 node spacing. The 14/64 step-down ferrule fit is very good. Medium side of medium fast action. This rod is similar to the later Para 15 but a bit less parabolic due to the slightly thicker butt section taper. The tips are of slightly different tapers, one measuring .070" and the other measuring .079" at the tip tops. Both weigh the same at 23 grams. Both tips have fishing sets that can be removed if you desire. Comes with its original bag and tube.
