ABOUT CRIME SURFBOARDS

Every CRIME surfboard is crafted from shaped EPS foam blank with stringers, glassed using 6oz epoxy cloth, and finished with a textured EVA foam skin (no wax needed). The result is a high-performance board that holds up in a wide range of conditions—without breaking down like most disposable soft-tops.

For over 20 years, the founders of CRIME have played key roles in shaping the culture of surfing and skateboarding. After a day of trading waves and ideas, they came together with a shared goal: to create a better, longer-lasting, and more sustainable soft-top surfboard—one that won’t soak up water or end up in a landfill. Our visual identity draws from the rebellious, underground spirit that has always driven true surf and skate culture. The CRIME design team is made up of surfers, shapers, and skaters from San Clemente, Santa Cruz, and San Francisco. We work collaboratively, embracing creative input from all directions to push boundaries and help shape the future of board design.
