Key Installation Details

To guarantee a smooth installation process, please note the following important details:

• Accurate Product Location: The installers must find the product at the exact designated location for installation. If an additional move is required for products over 30 kilograms, the service will not be performed, and the customer will automatically lose the right to a refund.
• Geographical Coverage: Our installation service covers Spain and Portugal (excluding islands except for Majorca). For other locations, a consultation can be arranged for a quotation to determine if installation is feasible with additional fees.

Once your product is received, a technician will contact you to schedule the installation date, giving you a 4-day window to have the machine mounted.

Additional Information

Our delivery service ensures that heavy or large-volume packages are delivered to the entrance of your building, allowing the carrier to handle the unloading process.
