Installation Details

We take pride in offering a comprehensive installation service for all our products. Here are some key details to keep in mind:

• Accurate Product Location: It is crucial that the installers find the product at the exact location where it needs to be mounted. If additional transportation is required for products over 30 kilograms, the service will not be performed, and the customer will automatically lose the right to a refund.
• Service Coverage: Our installation service is available in Spain and Portugal (excluding islands except Majorca) and on the island of Majorca. Outside these areas, a consultation can be arranged on a quote basis to determine the feasibility of installation with additional supplements.

After receiving your product, our technician will contact you to schedule the installation date. They will have a 4-day window from the date of product receipt to complete the installation.

Delivery and Mounting Service

Our delivery service ensures that your package is delivered to the door of your building. However, if you require assistance with mounting the order, you must subscribe to our Delivery + On-site Mounting service. Please note that this service does not include machine lubrication.
