At Budget Billiards, we are proud to offer Pure X® Cues, which come with a Lifetime Warranty against material and manufacturing defects, including warpage. This warranty is valid for the entire lifetime of the cue. However, please note that normal wear on replaceable parts such as the tip, finish, or wrap is not covered. The warranty does not cover damage caused by third parties or improper use.

Pure X® reserves the right to void this warranty if there is evidence of abuse or mishandling. Under this warranty, any qualifying Pure X® Cue will be repaired or replaced with the same model or a model of equal value at no charge, as long as you provide the original sales receipt from an authorized Pure X® dealer.

Please be aware that this warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to purchases made from unauthorized sellers. The Pure X® Lifetime Warranty applies to cues manufactured from July 2008 onward. Cues produced before this date may be subject to an additional repair or replacement fee.
