The Vintage® ProShop Custom-Build™ V42PC0784 bass is themed on the company’s popular workhorse double cutaway V4 chassis, famed by the music industry for its ability to adapt to any music genre. Reversed headstock and a distressed Bubblegum Pink gives this model a unique and eye catching look.

Featuring Seymour Duncan Quarter Pound PJ Bass Pickups. A Jazz bass pickup in the bridge together with fat full punchy P-bass tone. Together these Quarter Pound bass pickups provide a sonically full voice with a hold on to your hats high-output punch. The quarter-inch diameter poles and intense coil winding deliver a full, even response, with great sustain and sonic richness. The magnets on the Quarter Pound P-bass pickup expand the magnetic field and extend the frequency ranges for a fat, full, punchy sound with tremendous mid-range presence and maximum output. Though often used for heavy rock tones, this pickup set offers amazing tonal versatility, making it a favorite across the board in live and studio settings.

Pin-point accurate intonation and stable tuning are assured with the addition of Wilkinson WJBL175 open-geared tuners, a precision cut Graphtech nut and a fully adjustable Wilkinson WBBC compensated bridge.
