Manufacturing & Delivery:

• Our production time on this product is 48 hours and for a delivery of 4 to 5 days. However, if you need it urgently, please contact us.
• The replacement banner will be shipped within 48 hours.
• Frames will be shipped within 24 hours

This product comes with a standard 2 year warranty against the aluminum frame for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse or normal wear and tear. If the product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced by Backdropsource. The final replacement decision will be at the discretion of Backdropsource.
