The new Gibson ES-345 takes the great looks of the original 345 with its Sunburst finish and '64-style split parallelogram inlays and simplifies the electronics a bit. No longer loaded with the 6-way Varitone switch nor stereo outputs - the ES-345 is simplified with a mono output and a standard two-volume/two-tone control setup. The pickups are a set of Calibrated T-Type pickups from Gibson with Orange Caps, and the feel is a great '60s Slim-Profile neck. Adirondack spruce bracing increases resonance and sustain on this classic Gibson semi-hollow!
