Quality Construction
These BBK full length Dodge exhaust headers are made using 1-5/8" CNC-mandrel bent primary tubing along with 3/8" thick laser cut flanges to prevent heat distortion. The full length primary tube design creates unrestricted and balanced exhaust flow for ultimate horsepower gains. These headers are also individually pressure tested to ensure leak free performance.

Ceramic Finish
This high heat polished silver ceramic finish will withstand high exhaust temperatures and unlike header wraps and traditional heat paint does not hold damaging heat and moisture around the part. Rather, the surface temperatures are reduced extending the life of the part. This BBK silver ceramic finish will keep its good looks and helps keep under hood temperatures lower.

Installation
These BBK long tube headers are designed as a direct bolt on to the factory exhaust system when used a BBK Performance short mid pipe Part#40551 making them a great fit with stock or aftermarket cat back exhaust kits. Kit includes new gaskets and hardware.
