The M-5 EXP Blue Boy will meet all of your industrial mixing needs! Miracle Paint’s next generation explosion proof five-gallon paint shaker was designed for the industrial user who needs an efficient, economical, heavy duty, low maintenance paint mixer for hazardous environments.

The M-5 EXP explosion proof paint shaker has a fully enclosed motor that allows users to mix in Class 1, Group D environments. It also features a manual on/off lever and, for safety reasons, does not include a timer.

The M-5 EXP’s versatile clamping system allows users to mix plastic or steel pails of various shapes and sizes. It can accommodate one gallon to five-gallon containers and can hold up to 80-pound containers without the need for an adapter. The angled design of the clamp provides faster, more thorough mixing, and is easier to load and unload. Simply load your container horizontally and secure the clamp.

While the clamping system has been redesigned, this next generation explosion proof paint shaker still occupies minimal floor space and uses the same single axis shaking motion as the prior generation explosion proof shaker, the MBB-5-C EXP.

Note: M-5EXP with custom explosion-proof motor (with internal switch/lever) is no longer available. Therefore, the M-5EXP is now sold with a standard explosion-proof motor but will require an electrician to wire for an external explosion-proof outlet as an on/off switch.
