This model of the Paul Reed Smith’s SE Series of guitars were imported from Korea. PRS developed this series after Carlos Santana requested a high-quality guitar that just about anybody could afford. The PRS model SE EG was made in Korea from 2003-2005. It was made in 3 colors, antique white, metallic blue and metallic red. 

The SE EG was one of PRS’s first guitar models with an “S Style” body, sculpted to really fit the body. It is the earlier SSS pickup layout. Stratocaster scale length and pickup layout, but with PRS signature styling and mahogany body/set neck construction.
