When you are ready to replace worn or damaged fork tubes, or change the length of your front end, you want the best quality fork tubes available. Custom Cycle Engineering has been manufacturing fork tubes since 1967 here in the USA. They start with DOM 1026 steel tubing that is ordered specially from a tubing mill, then centerless grind the outside diameter to OEM specifications and machine the rest of the tube to exact ID specs. Each tube is then buffed to a mirror finish, and chrome plated. This listing is for fork tubes only, internals are not included.

These fork tubes fit any model Harley with a 39mm front end on it. You can buy any length 39mm fork tubes you would like, as they mount up the same on all models. These fork tubes are 39mm in diameter and measure 34-1/4” long. Chrome plated finish.

Sportsters 1986 through 2003 have fork tubes that are 23-1/4”, 23-3/8”, or 24-1/4” long, depending on what model they are on. This is a variation of 1”, maximum. Sportsters 2004 & later typically have stock fork tubes that are 25”. Different year range and models had slightly different fork tube lengths, so the ‘stock length’ varies, but not by much.

In addition to fitting 1987-up Harley Sportsters, these tubes can also work with 1987-1994 FXLR, 1988-1994 FXR / FXRS, and 1991-2005 FXD Dyna. NOTE: These will not fit Hugger and S model Sportsters.
