ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2024+ Toyota Tacoma suspension lift kit systems are designed with maximum performance and the serious driver in mind. This Stage 10 system includes vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series coilover shocks featuring CDEV equipped remote reservoirs and ICON-engineered coil springs for superior vehicle “feel” through the range of travel. Remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. Focus on driving and let ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) read the terrain and make near-instant adjustments via the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) at each individual shock. Control the system wirelessly through the IIC app on your phone and once configured the system functions without driver input. These coilovers are also height adjustable from 1.25-3” of front lift height over stock, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. The combination of front differential drop brackets and ICON’s specifically designed coilover lengths maximizes the available front suspension travel and prevent CV bind. Additionally, polyurethane differential mounting bushings replace the soft OE bushings to help limit differential movement under load.

The included ICON tubular upper control arm kit is designed to improve the overall performance of the new 2024+ Toyota Tacoma  with corrected front-end geometry, built in additional caster, and improved suspension component clearance. Additionally, replacing the OE ball joint with the all-new, serviceable, and rebuildable ICON Delta Joint PRO allows for full bump and droop travel of the front suspension while eliminating bind. ICON tubular rear lower links employ dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end, and massive FK rod ends at the other to provide the best combination of free articulation while isolating and damping road noise and vibrations. ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV remote reservoir rear shocks with integrated bump zones provide improved shock damping ability and utilize a vehicle-specific valving that balances the performance of the truck from front to rear.
