BD Exhaust Manifold Bolt and Spacer Kit – Class 10.9 Hardware

Typical aftermarket exhaust manifold bolts are much shorter than stock, and after numerous heat cycles, they can fatigue and begin to stretch. This often leads to exhaust leaks and, in some cases, bolt breakage after repeated re-torques. In addition, the coatings used on many aftermarket bolts may cause premature corrosion or zinc embrittlement over time. BD's class 10.9 exhaust bolt and spacer kit is designed to eliminate these problems and improve long-term thermal durability.

This kit includes non-zinc-plated fasteners to prevent zinc embrittlement and 18mm exhaust spacers that allow the fastener to operate in elastic stretch, minimizing the risk of fracture or permanent deformation under thermal stress. Ideal for high-heat environments and long-term reliability.
