CNC Fabrication Stage 2 High Pressure Oil Pump

The CNC Fabrication Stage 2 High Pressure Oil Pump flows 30% more than a brand new Bosch 99.5-03 pump, providing enough volume to support 250/100 hybrid injectors. While it can handle 250/200 injectors, it’s important to note that it may not be able to keep up with a "hot/race" tune, as performance can vary based on the injector builder's specifications.

This pump is most effective for 230-250cc hybrid injectors. Anything larger will likely require a twin pump setup. For those requiring a twin pump, CNC Fabrication also offers a twin kit from Full Force Diesel Performance.

Core Return Policy

You have two options when obtaining this pump:

1. Send in your old pump (no charge) or

2. Receive the pump immediately with a core charge, refundable upon returning your old pump.

• Core Requirements:

  • 94.5-95 HPOP: Must be the correct housing to receive full core credit.

  • 96-03 HPOP without the check valve: Will be accepted, but with a 25% reduction in core refund.

Core Return Policy:

• You have 45 days from receiving the pump to return your core for a full refund.

• Refund Reductions:

  • After 45 days, there will be a 10% reduction in the core refund.

  • After 90 days, there will be a 50% reduction in the core refund, unless prior arrangements are made with CNC Fabrication.
