CNC Fabrication Stage 1 High Pressure Oil Pump

The CNC Fabrication Stage 1 High Pressure Oil Pump is designed to deliver 5.1-5.6 GPM, which is typically enough to support 230/100 hybrid injectors. While CNC Fabrication doesn’t officially market this pump as a high-performance aftermarket option, it can indeed handle certain performance injectors. However, it will not support larger A or B code injectors.

• Steel thread inserts: Prevents threads from stripping out.

• Superduty Internals: OBS (94.5-97) and early '99 pumps are equipped with Superduty internals for improved volume.

• New Viton O-rings: Allow you to reuse your existing fittings.

• Flow Bench Tested: Every pump is tested to ensure it’s in perfect working condition before shipment.

• Test Flow Result Sheet: Each pump comes with a flow test report for verification.

Core Return Policy

You have two options for obtaining this pump:

1. Send in your old pump (no charge) or

2. Receive the pump immediately with a core charge, refundable upon returning your old pump.

• Core Refund: You will receive a $300 refund once your old pump is returned.

• Core Requirements:

  • 94.5-95 HPOP: Must be the correct housing to receive full core credit.

  • 96-03 HPOP without the check valve: Will be accepted, but with a 25% reduction in core refund.

Core Return Policy:

• You have 45 days from receiving the pump to return your core for a full refund.

• Refund Reductions:

  • After 45 days, there will be a 10% reduction in the core refund.

  • After 90 days, there will be a 50% reduction in the core refund, unless prior arrangements are made with CNC Fabrication.
