Take your Polaris RZR XP 1000 HLE/Turbo to the next level with High Lifter’s APEXX 8" Big Lift Kit. This kit increases your ground clearance and creates space for larger tires, allowing you to conquer various terrains with ease.

The kit is equipped with the strongest front and rear control arms on the market. Constructed with 1.5” DOM steel tubing, these arms provide exceptional power, durability, and support, ensuring your machine can withstand the rigors of an intense ride.

Featuring adjustable bushing collars in the lower arms, premature wearing caused by lift kits, portals, or larger tires is eliminated. The heat-treated and plated adjustable bushing collars offer confidence in the strength and durability added to your ride.

Each big lift kit is packaged and preadjusted to the factory position, with the included four Outlaw DHT XL axles custom tuned for use with the APEXX 8” High Lifter Big Lift Kit. The Outlaw DHT XL Axles offer dual heat treatments on the housings, oversized CV joint housings, sliding bars for increased angle capability, and puncture-resistant boots.

Key features of the Outlaw DHT XL Axles include:

• Dual heat treatments on the housings for improved toughness against shock loads
• Oversized CV joint housings to increase strength
• Sliding bars on both ends for increased angle capability
• Housings and bars made from 4340 Chromoly steel
• Puncture-resistant boots which are durable in high and low temperature climates

This 8" lift kit package includes components such as heavy-duty rear upper lift/shock relocation brackets, custom APEXX Max Clearance Control Arms, adjustable heat-treated collars for camber adjustability, Outlaw DHT XL axles, custom tie rods, custom brake line kit, and all required hardware. Detailed instructions with step-by-step photos are also provided.
