Heavy-Duty Radius Arms and Spring Design

BDS includes a set of high-strength tubular radius arms, replacing the OEM stamped arms. These upgraded arms improve suspension geometry and offer long-term durability. The included gas-tuned Pro-Ride coil springs provide a controlled lift and predictable handling across various driving conditions.

Precision Steering and Driveline Geometry

To accommodate the increased ride height, the system incorporates a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket, and a transfer case indexing ring. These components help preserve optimal steering angles and enable use of the factory front driveshaft without causing vibration or binding.

Rear Suspension

The rear of the truck is lifted using fabricated steel lift blocks and extended U-bolts, complemented by FOX 2.0 Performance IFP shocks for consistent rear-end control, load support, and articulation.
