Delrin is solid, self-lubricating polymer that eliminates bushing deflection over soft factory bushings. BMR’s polyurethane/Delrin differential bushings (BK046) drastically increase differential stability over the factory rubber bushings. The bushings are molded from 95-durometer polyurethane and machined from Delrin, which reduced bushing deflection on the front mount and eliminates deflection on the rear mount, while still absorbed road noise and engine vibrations.
