Here, you are looking at the Process West Hood Scoop Splitter. This splitter has been designed to take advantage of the increased surface coverage of a larger intercooler core. A poorly designed splitter will scatter the air flow to the engine bay, while the Process West unit will take the air coming from the hood scoop and direct the air to hit the face of the intercooler for improved cooling efficiency.
