This is the Process West Double W460 Pump Anti-Surge Fuel System. Process West has mastered the art of creating some of the finest billet aluminum components for your vehicle, which also includes excellent fuel system parts. This Anti-Surge Fuel System has been designed to host a pair of Walbro 460 Series Fuel Pumps to deliver loads of fuel for those of you trying to make enough power to go into orbit.

The tank itself has been designed to be an externally mounted anti-surge vessel fabricated from 6061 billet aluminum. The main purpose of this design is to keep the internally mounted fuel pumps supplied with fuel to prevent fuel starvation under high-performance driving conditions. This means if you road race your vehicle, you risk starving your pumps under high-speed cornering. And in some cases at the drag strip this can also happen at the launch where all the force can get shifted to the rear of the vehicle. More importantly, this system to contain high levels of fuel to the pumps to maintain an adequate and stable level of fuel to be delivered.

This particular surge tank features a 2.4 liter capacity with zero pump noise. The surge tank will come with a pair of Walbro 460 pumps with a built in check valve. This kit can be upgraded from a single system to a twin system, and once it is installed, it is completely hidden from view in the engine bay.

A wiring harness, as well as all the required hardware will be included to make tis anti surge tank ready for installation.
