The Tial QR Recirculating Blow Off Valve is a high-performance upgrade designed for enthusiasts seeking top-tier functionality and aesthetics. This valve is based on the renowned TiAL Q series, offering interchangeability with both the Q and original BV50 models. With a variety of springs available for different vacuum levels and a special spring for supercharged vehicles, the QR valve ensures a perfect fit for your specific needs.

The Tial QR features a customizable outlet port, providing flexibility to integrate into both custom and existing applications. This versatile valve is compatible with a range of recirculation ports, including 25.4mm (1.00"), 29mm (1.14") GTR, 34mm Subaru/evo/dsm, and 38.1mm 1.50" options. It uses the standard TiAL V-band flange and can be easily converted into a standard Q BOV by swapping the bottom piece. The valve is suitable for turbo-charged and super-charged applications, with a body and all internal components CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum alloy for durability and precision.

Included Components and Benefits

Every Tial QR comes with a comprehensive set of components, including the QR Assembly, TiAL Vband Clamp, Vband Weld Flange, TiAL Air Fitting, High Pressure O-ring, and your choice of Return fitting, pre-installed on the unit. The V-band design aluminum mounting clamp offers a clean and unique appearance, while the valve seal utilizes a Viton O-ring for durability and prevention of sticking. The valve stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated and hard anodize-coated for wear resistance. The Blow Off Valve also includes a machined aluminum banjo-type air fitting and bolt, with an oversized 10mm hose barb for quick actuator response. An aluminum or mild steel weld base mounting flange is included, with stainless steel available at an additional cost. The housing can be anodized in a variety of colors, including Silver, Red, Blue, Purple, and Black. -2psi spring for supercharged applications is also available. Black and silver usually ship same day, while all other colors take 1-2 weeks to ship.
