Versatile Can-am Maverick R Lower Control Arm Bend-guard Weld On Gusset Collection [51wnk8oX]

Laser cut and CNC bent from 11 Gauge grade 50 HSLA, these weld-on reinforcements are a quick fix for your 2024 Maverick R's Lower A-Arm weak point. We immediately evaluated the Maverick R lower control arms and identified a weak point in the OEM lower arms. 

By design loads are transfered to the rear leg of the lower control arm. This rear leg has a bend designed into the arm. This bend, under oscillation of load, will flex in both dorections eventually developing micro cracks that propagate into a full breakage. We have eliminated that bend with this gusset and have straight lined that load to transfer energy directly into the control arm bushing. 

Sold as a pair for Driver and Passenger Control Arms. This is a weld in gusset that will require you to remove your control arms, press out one bushing to weld these gussets on.
