Seasonal Pick Tacoma 2016+ Double Shear Steering Tab Kit Holiday Edition [hoSiEebm]

We now have a double shear steering kit available for the 2016+Tacoma 2/4wd 6 lug spindles.  A combination of 3/16" and 1/8" plates are laser cut and bent for a perfect fit.  This kit allows you to eliminate the stock outer tie rod and replace it with a 3/4" heim joint that attaches to the spindle with a 5/8" grade 8 bolt.  The laser cut plates are then welded to the spindle in order to capture the heim joint on the other side thus creating the double shear.

All kits include the double shear plates, 3/4" heim joints, misalignment spacers, jam nuts, steering extensions and necessary 5/8"hardware.

This kit requires welding along with reaming the stock spindle steering arm taper to 5/8"
