That specimen does like a claw but isn´t it. Any paleontologist has stated formally that the teeth said informally to belong to pterosaurs do belong to pterosaurs. However, the claws has seen identified as pterosaurs may actually be pharyngeal teeth of a fish. These "claws" look like claws on the claw end. They even have a groove like a claw but the other end does not have a joint where a toe phalanx bone would fit. It's just sort of a rounded and flattened shape.
In the Ifezouane Fm were some very weird fish with very weird teeth particularly among the pycnodontids.
