In the Pal region only 23 games were released in cartridge format for the sega 32x. with 3 of those games almost impossible to find. There were also 4 cd32x games that were released that require both the sega mega cd and the sega 32x to enable them to work.

 can cost you double that of a loose one but the boxes look neat and are a must for any collector. The box was available with 2 types of insert are paper mash version and also a solid cardboard one. The paper mash were quite delicate and over time they have been damaged. The cardboard ones have stood the test of time and are more sought after because of their rigidity. The box also had a number of variations where you could get a game in the pack. The knuckles chaotix is one of the rarest.
