For your consideration, we are offering for sale this Circa 1950s to 1970s Seth Thomas Helmsman 8-Day, 7-Jewel, Brass Ships Wheel Clock in working and chiming condition. The clock, if you do not know, is known as the Seth Thomas "Helmsman" Ships Bell Clock, Model 1052-002

The clock is in working condition and appears to be keeping good time. The clock will chime on the hour and half hour as expected. I have the key that came with the clock.

The clock case and ship's wheel have been polished to bring back the high brass shine. There are some minor scuffs/scratches - it is much less than average considering the age of the clock.

The "Stroke" and "Silent" toggle is working. The movement is German and marked on the lower portion of the dial. The glass on the front screw-off dial is intact and clean (no cracks).

The back of the clock is stamped with, "SETH THOMAS DIV. OF GENERAL TIME CORP. THOMASTON, CONN. U.S.A.

The clock measures 8 1/2" inches in diameter and is 3 1/8" inches deep.
