A Little About the Maker...

Louise's love of perfume began whilst playing with her grandmother's perfume stoppers as a child; each scent was both mysterious and exciting to behold. Chemistry then became her favourite subject in school, and the idea of those scented molecules set her on the path where she is today.

After training in France, Italy and London, she started Wales' only perfume house in Monmouth's beautiful Wye Valley. Her lab looks out onto a beautiful Secret Walled Garden, which continues to inspire her craft with the scents of nature and the history of the Welsh landscape.
