Design Concept:

Lotus is a symbol of purity, and praying to Amitabha Buddha is for cultivating the mind of clarity.

佛，是慈悲與智慧的象徵，而佛像是一種提醒，讓我們對世界有愛與關懷，在紛擾的世界，欣賞佛像的當下，也得到心靈的寧靜。此作品為三寶佛系列之一，三寶佛即釋迦牟尼佛、藥師佛、阿彌陀佛,代表過去、現在、未來的修行與正念思考。提醒的是:透過學習，知道過去;透過修持，知道現在。我們可以對未來有一種了然，沒有疑懼。其中，阿隬陀佛代表「無量壽」、「無量光明」；造型中的阿彌陀佛，坐於蓮臺上，掌中托著一座蓮台，表示接引眾生往生西方極樂淨土，在蓮花中化生之意，所以蓮花也代表一個可以使永生的象徵。祈禱阿彌陀佛，以求光明和清淨之心。
