Made entirely from American 304 stainless steel, the FlameZone™ technology enhances pellet grill versatility. Grill and sear with direct heat through perforated holes or smoke your favorite foods to perfection. The centrally-located removable firepot and funnel system distribute heat evenly across the cooking surface.

The FlameZone™ pan sits under the primary grill grates and covers the entire funnel, allowing heat to pass through 88 perforated holes for direct heat without direct flame, ensuring perfect searing without drying out food. Switch back to indirect cooking by covering the perforations with stainless steel covers or using the Blank FlameZone™ pan for easy transition between cooking styles.
