Large 6 x 11 and 6 x 12 (gable compartments are 6 x 9) suites have vinyl coated wire sub-floors and ventilation that you can open and close to keep the birds comfortable.  Each easily removed side panel allows nest checks of four compartments. Two 60 smooth fiberglass perch rods will add an abundance of perch space to the bottom porch. This spacious house has 5 wide rain guard porches to keep the nest dry in extreme weather conditions. Porch dividers increase occupancy and decrease porch dominance. 

System includes 3" square, 14 foot aluminum pole, ground stake, top perches, winch with stainless steel cable for safe, easy lowering and raising of the martin house.
