 Sizing

Measure around the dog’s head at the widest part the collar will need to slip over (1). This is usually under the jaw and over or right in front of the ears. These collars have about 2-3 inches of adjustability, but are not fully adjustable, so accurate measuring is important. Collar should be big enough to slip over the head when fully extended, but smaller than the smallest part of the neck (2) when fully contracted. Examples of breeds for each size are generalized examples. A larger or smaller dog within that breed may require a different size.Â

Collars and Leashes

Fuzzywumpets guarantees our products against any flaws in materials or workmanship. If you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately. You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You are responsible for return shipping charges if return is not due to Fuzzywumpets' error. Fuzzywumpets' products are not guaranteed against scratching or chewing. If your Fuzzywumpets' product is damaged by your dog (chewed or otherwise damaged) we can try and fix the problem for a modest fee or you can purchase a replacement part on our site. Shipping expenses are non-refundable on returns. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Luxe European Crystal Collars

All Luxe European Crystal Collars are guaranteed against crystal loss. Should you experience loss of any crystals, contact us so that you can return the item to us and we will re-crystal the collar, free of charge. We ask that you pay return shipping on re-crystalled items or arrange to pick up the collar at one of our show booths.

Other Items

Dog Apparel may be exchanged for an identical item of a different size. Items must be returned with original receipt packaging and no sign of wear. It is your responsibility to judge the suitability of any product for your dog. We will not issue refunds or replacements for toys damaged by dogs.

Not Returnable Items

Dog Treats, Dog Toys, and Pet Hygiene products are non returnable. Custom made or personalized embroidered collars are not returnable unless the return is the result of our error.
