Shade Features

You can customize your shade with a few different options, including shade frame colors and mounting style. If you’d like to match the pleated empire lamp shade frame to your light fixture hardware, you can choose between black, white, and satin brass. We also offer Top and Bottom mounting options. Top mounting is best for hanging applications, such as our shade-ready pendants or all-in-one fixtures where the shade hangs downward. Bottom configurations are ideal for upward-facing applications, such as a shady-ready sconce where the socket comes up from below into the assembly.

Some assembly is required with our empire pleated lamp shades, but they are compatible with any third-party lamps that support Euro-style socket openings.

Important: Only use G16 or G16.5 LED bulbs with this shade. Do not use incandescent bulbs or larger LED sizes, as they may pose a fire hazard.
