These MUTTS lithographs were crafted with handmade paper at the renowned S² Art Group, one image at a time, on a lithograph press that is more than 100 years old. (The press itself is from France and was made in 1877. It originally ran off steam and was converted to electricity around the turn of the 20th century.)

These pieces were created using a hand-pulled method by master artisans - resulting in an image displaying pencil lines, brush strokes, and rich layers of color, just like an original painting. The breathtaking quality produced by this time-honored process and historic lithograph press is unmatched by any of today's reproduction technology.
