It is designed for transport, and the CaterGator Dash front-loading insulated food pan carrier provides the versatility and quality you need to safely deliver pans of food. It keeps hot food hot and cold food cold, ensuring food is served at the right temperature. Not only does it maintain temperature for hours to ensure food safety, but it also accepts a variety of pan depths so that your orders fit just right. It holds up to 8” deep food pans and can accommodate various combinations of full, 1/2, and 1/3 size pans that are 2", 4", and 6" deep.
