Southbend P32C-HG Description
This 32" heavy-duty commercial gas range from Southbend features a 16" hot top and a 16" griddle, providing 80,000 BTU of cooking power for a variety of dishes. The unit is constructed with stainless steel front, sides, and 6" adjustable legs, which allow for easy installation on uneven floors.

The griddle has a 1" thick plate with two 20,000 BTU burners, offering excellent heat retention to speed up recovery between uses. Splash guards on the sides and rear help prevent grease and spills from contaminating nearby surfaces, while the removable stainless steel grease drawer makes cleanup simple. The hot top includes two 20,000 BTU burners and removable steel plates that can heat up to 700°F. A 9.25" deep rail provides extra workspace and safety.

The unit's fully insulated lining and burner box ensure efficient operation, while the 5" stainless steel flue riser directs heat and smoke away from the user and towards the ventilation hood.
