This 32" modular heavy-duty commercial gas range includes a 16" hot top and a 16" griddle, offering excellent cooking versatility for a counter, refrigerated, or freezer base setup. Constructed with stainless steel on the front, sides, and exterior bottom, it is designed to withstand the wear and tear of daily commercial use, providing durability and resistance to rust and corrosion.

The hot top and griddle each feature two 20,000 BTU burners, controlled by a single knob. The hot top reaches up to 700°F with removable steel plates, while the 1" thick griddle plate retains heat efficiently for fast batch cooking. A removable stainless steel grease drawer makes cleanup simple. A 9.25" deep rail across the front offers extra workspace.

This unit has a fully insulated lining and burner box to maximize efficiency, and the 5" stainless steel flue riser directs heat and smoke away from the cooking area, keeping the workspace comfortable.
