Main Chassis:
The main chassis is comprised of an aluminum battery tray that is the foundation for the damper
blade suspension. The front chassis plate is machined from 7075 T6 aluminum while the rear
flex plate and pivot plate are machined from heat treated steel to keep the center of gravity ultra
low. Premium carbon fiber components complete the main chassis. 

Front Suspension:
The front suspension is sliding kingpin style front end but with refinements to the details to allow
improved consistency and driving precision. The 5 degree front kingpins are machined from
titanium with a Diamond Like Coating "DLC" paired with low friction steering block bushings that feature an
internal groove to carry grease that keeps the front end damping consistent from start to finish.

-3.0 degree steering blocks come standard along with our 5.0lb front springs.
The front carbon plate is extremely solid to minimize flex for the most precise feel possible while
having a simple 3 bolt mounting system that keys into the chassis mounts for perfect
alignment every time. The front end is also paired with our own servo saver that comes
standard with an aluminum crank to reduce the package size and allow the servo to be mounted
as low as possible.

Rear Suspension:
The rear suspension is the first multi-axis suspension system of its kind. Featuring four pivots
that provide adjustable roll center and the ability to change roll axis of the chassis while isolating
the roll vs bump characteristics.

Bump and roll characteristics can be adjusted using optional flex pivot’s that allows improved
rough track handling as well as increased forward traction. These changes can be made in a
matter of seconds with optional flex pivots and O-rings.

This design is combined with our rotary damper rod that is seated into the battery tray. These
rotary damper rods can be fined tuned for a variety of track conditions while the kit comes
standard with 2.8lb rear springs.

Rear Pod:
The rear axle tube is machined from one solid piece of aluminum to ensure perfect bearing
alignment. The rear axle tub features an alignment mark to assist with rear track width
measurements.

The lightened titanium rear axle features a knurled end that the right-side hub is pressed onto to
ensure a permanent bond between the axle and the hub.  

Body and Wings:

Capturing the essence of todays F1 race cars, the Prodigy F1 P-Zero Body and Wings are a blend of style and peformance. The P-Zero body was designed in CAD around the Prodigy F1 chassis for a superior fit and a super low profile. The P-Zero wings are injection molded from impact resistant nylon. The P-Zero body is pulled in .020 clear lexan.
