Seal ‘n Lock Ultra Wet Look® paver sealer is an advanced sealer with Nano Technology, high solids, low VOC modified acrylic urethane for a wet look enhancement. Seal ‘n Lock Ultra-Wet-Look® paver sealer penetrates the pavers and provides a long-lasting protective barrier with excellent joint stabilization. Ultra-Wet-Look® paver sealer is formulated to seal products made to ASTM C-936 specifications and an absorption rate of 5% or less. Pavers with a higher absorption rate will require an additional application(s) of sealer.
Ultra Wet Look® paver sealer is user friendly and environmentally safe. The high solids content wears evenly and lasts longer than solvent based paver sealers.

ESTIMATING GUIDE
Typically, the application rate will vary from 150 to 200 sq. ft. per gallon, although this rate will vary depending on the texture, absorption rate of the surface and the width of the paver joints.
MIXING
Ultra Wet Look® paver sealer is designed to be diluted with 1 part water to 1 part sealer. Ultra Wet Look® paver sealer requires mixing (2 minutes) prior to use. We recommend 2 coats. Pavers with high absorption rate will require additional top coats of sealer to provide a protective barrier and desired enhancement. Ultra Wet Look® is not intended for submerged surfaces.
DRYING TIME
Ultra Wet Look® paver sealer will normally dry in sunny areas within approximately 1 hour. Shaded areas, lower temperatures or high relative humidity will slow the drying process. The surface may be open to foot traffic in 24 hours and to vehicular traffic in 48 hours. To minimize tire marks, vehicles should not make sudden stops or tight turns.
CLEANUP
- Immediately flush and agitate pump system after sealing with a mixture of 3 gallons water and 8 ounces of Pine-Sol
- Flush out the pump system with 5 gallons of fresh water
- Pour two ounces of Pine Sol into one gallon of water, run through the pump system and leave in the pump until next application.
- Always run fresh water through the pump prior to the next application
