Next Gen Aero Technology

The Next Gen 6870 features a new compressor wheel and cover aerodynamic design, enhancing flow by an impressive 10% compared to the previous Gen 2 turbocharger. This advanced technology, combined with the HP Rating of 1200 HP, ensures maximum performance and efficiency. The CEA compressor wheel, machined from a 2618-aluminum closed die forging, provides both strength and optimized airflow. Additionally, the air-cooled dual ceramic ball bearing center section guarantees quick turbo response and durability.

Comprehensive Turbine Housing Options

This turbocharger is available in both SCP and HP compressor covers, offering a 4” inlet and 2-1/2” outlet in the SCP version and a 4” inlet and 3” outlet in the HP version. The high-flow, highly efficient 70mm turbine wheel is designed to handle the demands of high-performance engines. The compressor wheel inducer measures 68mm, while the exducer is 92.5mm with a 94.7 ET. The turbine wheel inducer is 78.7mm, and the exducer is 70.2mm. With turbine housing options ranging from T3 to T4 sizes, this turbocharger can be paired as a mirror image setup, capable of up to 2400hp, making it the perfect choice for high-performance applications.
