The light and airy Sainte Vierge Immaculate Heart Necklace features a decorative clasp that serves as a charm holder. "Sainte Vierge" means Blessed Mother and the Heart and Dagger represents the Joy of Loving with a wide open heart and the pain that often accompanies it. Also referenced on the inscription is the Parisian Saint Vincent de Paul as helper and agent of the poor, that we may live with humble and charitable hearts.

On the reverse side is the Blessed Mother in her role as the Immaculate Conception and a prayerful invocation of our Lady's protection. This medal is recast from the vintage original dating to the 1800's. A tiny Fleur de Lis joins her for extra graces. It is designed to allow the decorative closure to be worn on any of the chain loops so it offers a great variety of looks. Both medals are easily removed for use on other necklaces.
