This service includes the setup of one (1) mattress or one (1) foundation.
It also includes the disposal of one (1) mattress or one (1) foundation/boxspring.

We've partnered with LoadUp to provide our customers with the convenience of having their new CMM products setup and the old ones removed from their home and disposed of.

How the setup/disposal process works:

• Once your new CMM products have been delivered by UPS, we will submit a request to schedule the appointment. You will receive an email shortly after (usually within minutes) to select the day and time window that works best for you.

• On your scheduled day and time window, representatives from LoadUp will arrive to your home and setup one (1) mattress or one (1) boxspring/foundation.

• The team will also remove one (1) old mattress or one (1) foundation/boxspring from your home and dispose of it in the most environmentally friendly method available.

*Please note that any mattress or foundation being removed must be in reasonable sanitary condition. LoadUp team members reserve the right to refuse any pieces that they deem unsanitary and may put them in a position to be harmed or get sick.

IMPORTANT - CANCELLATION POLICY:

Additional charges may be passed along to the customer if a scheduled appointment is cancelled without at least two (2) days notice. Please read the following important details regarding cancellations:

1.  If an appointment has been scheduled with LoadUp and the customer cancels the day prior to the appointment date, a $15.00 fee will be charged to the customer.

2.  If an appointment has been scheduled with LoadUp and the customer cancels the day of the appointment date, a $50.00 fee will be charged to the customer.

All fees listed above must be paid in full by the customer before an appointment can be rescheduled. Custom Mattress Makers reserves the right to cancel this service if any balances remain unpaid.
